NorthOut® delivers to delivery addresses across the globe with the best shipment options possible. Below you can read in more details what we offer.
Available shipping methods for your order are generated based on the country and zip code you enter when placing an order with us. We collaborate and work mainly with DHL, FedEx and UPS. Specific details can be assessed here:
Delivery Time
Our delivery partners make sure to provide quality services in minimum time possible. However, factors such as public holidays can contribute to relatively longer delivery time. Expected delivery times are highlighted as below:
US & Canada: 7-14 weekdays
Australia & New Zealand: 10-14 weekdays
Middle east and far east regions: 3-7 weekdays
Your order is sent as a shipping package with the best possible shipping company as forwarder. The package is then delivered using either the same service provider or with an alternate best method in your country and area. When collecting, a valid identification must be presented. In case, the package is picked up by an acting receiver, it is required to show both your and the receiver’s valid identification. Information that the delivery has left NorthOut® warehouse is notified to the e-mail address specified in the order. Further progress in the shipping can be tracked using the shipment details provided in email on the shipper’s web-portal.
Delivery for the small packages:
The package is usually delivered directly to your mailbox on the specified address and a notification is then sent to you on your specified number. If the package does not fit, it is communicated with you over the phone call and can be left outside your door and an SMS is sent upon such delivery to the mobile number specified in the order.
Delivery of heavy goods and large packages:
Notification is made by telephone and it is important to enter a telephone number where you can be reached during the day and evening. If the forwarder does not get hold of you in multiple attempts, you will be notified by post. Generally, delivery takes place weekdays between 08.00-16.00.
Large or heavy packages cannot be left at the gate but must be checked and acknowledged usually by an e-signature. Delivery only takes place to the door and the forwarder is not responsible for goods being carried up to a specific level.
Returned shipments:
Unclaimed orders are automatically returned to our warehouse and return shipment charges are invoiced according to our shipping policies. If you want to initiate a refund, you must receive and acknowledge the shipment first and then contact our customer services. We will try our best to fill full your needs.
