Returns & complaints

NorthOut® is committed to high quality product delivery and standards and we strive to meet our clients’ expectations. We want you to feel the best customer service experience with us and we guarantee our full support for that. However, there might be occasions when the products don’t meet your expectations or if there is a mistake in production unit. We kindly ask you to go through our generous return and exchange policies here and contact us immediately so.

Returns:

You register your return or exchange easily and conveniently by using our contact form HERE. Before completing the registration, you can choose how you want to ship the returned items. You can choose to ship using the company of your choice or you can ask us to provide with a shipping label for the most suitable option available. Product that is returned must be unused and in the original box and with labels remaining.

For returns, we always make refund using the same payment method that was used at the time of ordering. For exchanges, the differences in shipping and material & production costs are deducted or added upon as agreed after registration. If you cancel you order before you receive the confirmation of start of your order production, there is no extra fee and you will get your money back within 14 business days. Please note that the final amount you receive back in your currency may vary depending upon market currency exchange fluctuations. Complaints:

In case, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask you to kindly fill out our complaint form HERE. We offer 2-weeks open purchase period upon delivery and such complaint has to properly backed-up with order form and product images. We strongly urge you to contact us immediately upon finding a counterfeit so we can help you faster. 

An assessment of the complaint is made without undue delay at the latest within 10 non-holiday working days after the registered complaint request and if the complaint is approved, you will receive the further details form us. Your exchange order will be prioritized and an express shipping is arranged to meet up your timeline. 

Any dispute must be resolved by Sialkot Chamber of Commerce that you can contact directly using their webform.
